SPI acquires Shiloh Technologies

November 1st, 2013

ATLANTA – Software Paradigms International (SPI) has acquired Shiloh Technologies, a provider of retail supplier analytics solutions based in Rogers, Ark.

SPI’s current portfolio of retail technology solutions includes IT services, vendor collaboration and recovery audit solutions as well as the Buyer’s Workmate Suite, which provides sales forecasting, assortment planning and retail performance analytics driven by the SPIN Analytics engine.

The merger will add Shiloh’s product line, including ShilohLIVE, on-shelf availability and advanced ordering tools to the SPI portfolio.

"This acquisition was strategic, allowing us to extend our product portfolio to provide point-of-sale analytics from retailers to their suppliers," says Sid Mookerji, chief executive officer and co-founder of SPI. "It also provides Shiloh clients with the opportunity to leverage our global services and products, providing both companies with endless opportunities."
