Cardenas Markets marks Hispanic Heritage Month

ONTARIO, Calif. – Cardenas Markets on Wednesday kicked off its Hispanic Heritage Month celebration, which will run through October 15.

“As we celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, we celebrate the Hispanic culture, its traditions and our valued customers,” said Adam Salgado, Chief Marketing Officer for Cardenas Markets. “We wholeheartedly thank our loyal customers and communities where we operate for allowing us to bring the freshest products that celebrate life, family and Hispanic culture to life daily.”

As part of the celebration, the company will host an online sweepstakes where customers can sign up for a chance to win a grill along with $200 in Cardenas Markets gift cards (one customer per store location will be selected). The celebration will also include weekly social media prize giveaways where lucky winners can win such prizes as a pair of AirPod Pro’s, a 43-inch TV, an Air Fryer and $200 in Cardenas Markets gift cards. Customers are urged to get more information via the company’s instagram and facebook pages. The retailer will also highlight authentic recipes and meal tips from countries throughout Latin America on the recipe page of its web site.

Cardenas Markets is one of the largest Hispanic grocery chains in the U.S., with 59 stores (52 operating under the Cardenas banner and 7 operating under the Los Altos Ranch Market banner) in California, Nevada, and Arizona.
