OhGood! brand of naturally-flavored gummies

GOODLETTSVILLE, Tenn. – Dollar General is introducing an exclusive line of health and wellness gummy supplements, which the company says supply nutrients that help make everyday wellness routines easy, fun and delightful.

Products in the OhGood! line are made with clean ingredients, Dollar General says, and are non-GMO, gluten free and made with natural flavors. Additionally, select products within the line are vegan or vegetarian.

Ten of the 18 new OhGood! gummy vitamin products are available chainwide, and the complete line can be found on the shelves at about 11,000 Dollar General stores.

“Vitamins and supplements can be beneficial for many of our customers, particularly those with certain medical conditions or dietary restrictions,” says Albert Wu, Dollar General’s chief medical officer. “In those instances, gummies can be an option and may promote adherence to a daily regimen.”

“Everything we do at Dollar General is centered around our customers,” says Jackie Li, senior vice president of private brands and global sourcing at Dollar General. “These items will not only aid our customers’ daily needs but will do so at a fantastic value.”

Items in the OhGood! Line are being marketed in the following categories:

Overall wellness:

• Vitamin D: Natural levels of vitamin D decline with age and in those who spend most of their time indoors. At a strength of 1,000 IU, these pineapple flavored gummies nourish with the recommended daily requirement.

• Black Elderberry: Delivering 400 mg of sambucus black elderberry, these gummies also include vitamin C, and are a source of zinc.

For the whole family:

• Women’s Multivitamin: Mixed-berry flavored gummies that are made with natural flavors only. Two gummies each day can help users meet the daily requirement for more than 10 essential letter vitamins and minerals, including vitamins C, vitamin D, and folic acid.

• Men’s Multivitamin: Blueberry-flavored gummies made with natural flavors. Users who take two of the gummies a day can get their daily requirements of 10 essential vitamins and minerals, including vitamin B-12, vitamin C, vitamin D3, and zinc.
