Savitch will be responsible for expanding ECRM’s existing TPO relationships and engaging new TPOs by developing a program of services and content to help their supplier constituents successfully export their products to the U.S., Europe, Latin America and Asia.

“Eric’s polished selling skills, proven leadership, experience in creating and delivering educational content in print, face-to-face and digital media formats, his extensive CPG industry knowledge and insights, and longstanding relationships with leading retailers, combined with his firsthand understanding of ECRM’s value proposition make him ideally suited for this position,” said Greg Farrar, chief executive officer of ECRM. “I am certain Eric will be enormously successful and make a meaningful contribution to our company.”

Savitch began his career in sales with McGraw-Hill after graduating from West Chester University in 1992. Over the next 25 years, he would go on to hold a variety of sales and leadership roles with Sherwin-Williams, where he sold products to retailers like Sears and Builders Square. He also worked at Advanstar Healthcare as a national sales representative with Ophthalmology Times, and Slack Inc., a publisher of medical textbooks, as global sales director of the Orthopedics Group. In 2001 he joined Lebhar-Friedman as national sales manager of Drug Store News and was subsequently promoted to associate publisher in 2011 and publisher in 2015. Since 2018, he has served as vice president, brand director of both the Drug Store News and Store Brands media franchises.
