WAYNE, Pa. – The Emerson Group has executed an agreement to merge the operations of McCaughey Consumer Products (MCP) allowing the combined operations to offer a North American Retail Solution to manufactures in the Health & Wellness space.

Emerson Canada will provide manufacturers with a turnkey sales, logistics and marketing solution for brands distributed across U.S. and Canada as well as brands looking to expand their geographic footprint into the Canadian market.

MCP has a wealth of talent and capabilities to help manufacturers develop their brands and navigate the Canadian marketplace” Scott Emerson, chief executive officer and chairman of The Emerson Group said in a statement.

Robert McCaughey and Rick Gazzola, MCP owners, will continue to operate the Emerson Canadian Operation.
