Through a Groupon offer issued Thursday, residents of Minneapolis and San Francisco can sample their favorite General Mills brand items when they take advantage of a 50% off deal that delivers over $40 in value to their doorstep for $20. The package also includes a General Mills $15 coupon book and is good while supplies last.
The box of General Mills grocery goods available on Groupon includes 12 popular products: Fiber One 90-Calorie Chewy Bars, Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, Cascadian Farms organic cereal, Wanchai Ferry Orange Chicken dinner kit, Hamburger Helper Skillet Meal Mix, Green Giant Niblets corn, Kix cereal, Reese’s Peanut Butter Puffs cereal, Old El Paso Tortilla Stuffers meal kit, Chex Mix Muddy Buddies snack mix, Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix and Fruit Roll-Ups fruit-flavored snacks.

General Mills added that it may pursue future daily deals with Groupon once both sides evaluate the results of the test offers in Minneapolis and San Francisco, according to Trimble. "This is an exciting deal structure that could grow and expand to a variety of promotions and tailored consumer offers," he stated.
