KANSAS CITY — Hallmark Cards Inc. is filling store shelves with its premium Hallmark Signature cards featuring new licensed content, innovations and Valentine’s Day cards.

The company said its Signature Valentine’s Day cards feature detailed dimensional paper craftwork as well as new alternative wood materials with laser craft details that add an extra element to the greeting card.

The Signature line has also introduced four new premium cards that include four Disney characters, icons and phrases.

Focusing on what it describes as life’s big moments, Hallmark has introduced a four-card collection that features ivory, gold and silver with small pearls and gems. The line contains two wedding cards, one anniversary card and one card expressing love.

For momentous occasions in life, Hallmark Signature said it is introducing the new Luxe collection that expresses the significance of an event. The four-card collection features two cards for weddings, one for love and one for anniversaries. Each card includes a tulle bag for hand delivery, in addition to a lined envelope.

For Valentine’s Day, the company has launched new Vinyls greeting cards where each card in the three-card collection features a 45 rpm record with a song on each side from one of three artists: Bruno Mars, Aretha Franklin and INXS.

Hallmark Signature has also crossed over into gift wrap for Valentine’s Day with new gift bags. From metal handles to confetti overlays to die-cut letters, the gift bags feature a Hallmark card pocket, a slim sleeve inside the bag for a greeting card to ensure the card never gets lost in the tissue paper or falls to the bottom of the bag.
