WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Raley’s has promoted Laura Croff to senior vice president of people, giving her responsibility for all aspects of the retailer’s human resources strategy.
“A proven professional, Laura is dedicated to ensuring Raley’s is a place where team members thrive,” Raley’s president and CEO Keith Knopf said. “Her focus on our business strategies and team member experience and ongoing dedication to advancing Raley’s social responsibility has and will continue to make a difference.”
Croff previously served as vice president of people, a post she was promoted to in December 2018. Before that, she was senior director of human resources. Croff brings more than 20 years of human resources experience, including 13 years at Raley’s, to her new post. Her current responsibilities include talent management, leadership development, labor relations, compensation, and benefits. She will work closely with the executive committee to ensure that Raley’s continues to attract, retain, and develop the best people, the company said.
