GURNEE, Ill. — Real Techniques, a makeup brush brand created by Paris Presents Inc. with makeup artists and YouTube beauty gurus Sam and Nic Chapman, is marking its fifth anniversary by updating its look with bolder colors, sleeker packaging, a modern logo and new products.

real-techniques-logo“We know first-hand how important the smallest of details are when it comes to the perfect makeup look and the same rules apply for our makeup brushes,” said Sam Chapman. “By keeping our line of brushes fresh and on pace with the latest trends, we can help our beloved followers find their most glamorous self.”

Added Nic Chapman: “This year, we are super excited to introduce new products to both our original and Bold Metals Collections. From a cleansing palette that you won’t be able to live without, to a brow set that will have eyebrows looking fierce in no time, to the most versatile eye brush in the line, we think fans are going to love what we have to offer.”

Each brush in the original collection features the brand’s trademarked UltraPlush bristles and an extended aluminum ferrule for light application. A unique color-coded system corresponds to the key steps of makeup application.

New products include the Real Techniques Brow Set, which features three brushes and two grooming tools in a dual carrier/stand panoramic case ($19.99), and the Real Techniques Brush Cleansing Palette, which features performance-grade silicone that is billed as both lightweight and ergonomically designed to fit comfortably over the user’s hand. Its exclusive multi-textured surfaces are designed to gently work between the bristles for deep cleaning.

The Bold Metals Collection features UltraPlush bristles and weighted handles styled in gold, rose gold and silver detailing. New products from the Bold Metals Collection are the 102 Triangle Concealer Brush ($18), a three-sided design for concealing, blending, spot coverage and color correction; and the 203 Tapered Shadow Brush ($16), which can be used for base shadow across the lid, concentrated color in the crease and overall blending from lash to brow.
