Save-A-Lot is slated to open four stores this month after debuting nine in February.

The chain will premier two units in March in Pennsylvania, bringing its store count in the state to 76. It will add another two in Ohio, bringing its total in the Buckeye State to 128.

The outlets in Pennsylvania will be unveiled in Erie and Peckville. The units in Ohio will debut in Cincinnati and Columbus.

February openings in Tennessee and New York brought the retailer’s store counts in those states to 108 and 52, respectively.

"We are excited to be opening more Save-A-Lot locations," says president and chief executive officer Santiago Roces, "to meet the needs of consumers looking for access to affordable, high-quality food, fresh produce and meat, as well as other grocery items. With food costs on the rise, Save-A-Lot is an ideal solution for customers looking to save money on their grocery bills."
