Brewer steps down at Walgreens Boots Alliance
DEERFIELD, Ill. — Walgreens Boots Alliance is looking for a new leader with health industry experience after Rosalind Brewer stepped down as chief executive officer. Brewer took the job in March 2021, becoming the first African-American and the first woman to lead the chain drug retailer. Brewer also vacated her seat on the WBA board.
