TEMPLE CITY, Calif. – Jon Davler Inc., owner of the LASplash Cosmetics and IONI Cosmetics brands, recently altered its manufacturing facilities to help satisfy surging demand for hand sanitizer during the coronavirus pandemic. In addition to its own brands, Jon Davler is a contract manufacturer of private-label color cosmetics for retailers including Ulta Beauty, Dollar
