Nestle to acquire Bountiful Co.’s core vitamin brands
VEVEY, Switzerland — Nestlé agreed on Friday to acquire The Bountiful Company’s core vitamin brands for $5.75 billion. The deal includes the Nature’s Bounty, Solgar, Osteo Bi-Flex and Puritan’s Pride brands, as well as the Bountiful Co.’s U.S. private label business.
