WASHINGTON — After nearly 10 years of leading the Grocery Manufacturers Association (GMA), Pamela Bailey will be leaving her post as president and chief executive officer. Bailey will continue to manage the organization while the board of directors conducts a search for her successor. During Bailey’s tenure, GMA led the industry in supporting modernization of
