Target Corp. previewed its Target + Neiman Marcus Holiday Collection of exclusive designer goods with a one-day-only pop-up store in Midtown Manhattan.

The shop, opened on November 29, gave New Yorkers an advance look at a collection of gift merchandise developed by 24 designers in partnership between Target and Neiman Marcus Group Inc. The 52 products in the line officially debuted at Target and Neiman Marcus stores on December 1.

The pop-up store was not the only high-profile promotion for the collection. The two retailers sponsored the November 11 episode of the popular ABC drama “Revenge,” which featured products from the line incorporated into the story.

Products in the collection range in price from $7.99 to $499.99, with most items selling for less than $60. The list of designer brands featured in the exclusive holiday gift collection is extensive: Alice + Olivia, Altuzarra, Band of Outsiders, Brian Atwood, Carolina Herrera, Derek Lam, Diane von Furstenberg, Eddie Borgo, Jason Wu, Judith Leiber, Lela Rose, Marchesa, Marc Jacobs, Oscar de la Renta, Philip Crangi, Prabal Gurung, Proenza Schouler, Rag & Bone, Robert Rodriguez, Rodarte, Skaist-Taylor, Thom Browne, Tory Burch and Tracy Reese.

“Target and Neiman Marcus are known for charting new terrain, and by joining forces for the holiday season we’ve set the stage for a redefining moment in retail,” Target chairman, president and chief executive officer Gregg Steinhafel said.
