WARREN, N.J. — GSK Consumer Healthcare is expanding its Theraflu portfolio to include Theraflu PowerPods Severe Cold.

The company said the product is compatible with single-serve coffee machines and that the Theraflu PowerPods can brew a cup of relief with the press of a button.

“At GSK, we continuously challenge ourselves to provide Theraflu consumers with new ways to ‘do sick differently,'” said Latisha Tillie, senior brand manager of Theraflu. “Our goal with the launch of PowerPods is to expand cold and flu remedies beyond the medicine cabinet and into the center of everyday wellness — the kitchen.”

Theraflu PowerPods are available online and at major retail stores nationwide in daytime and nighttime formulas. Theraflu also offers cold and flu symptom relief in syrup, caplet and hot liquid powder formulas.
