New York City-based Zitomer offers a shopping experience unlike any other drug store in the U.S. In this week’s Video Forum, Sharon Sternheim, the company’s president, talks about some of the elements — among them, extensive assortments of high-end beauty and personal care products, toys and apparel, as well as consistently high levels of customer service — that make Zitomer unique. Sternheim, an NACDS board member, also discusses challenges common to all retail pharmacy operators.
