BelVita launches ‘Steady Morning Energy’ campaign

EAST HANOVER, N.J.—  Mondelēz International Inc. is launching a new digital and social media advertising campaign to promote its belVita Breakfast Biscuits brand.

The ‘Steady Morning Energy’ campaign features several short films that humorously depict the different ways people use energy in the morning.

“We know our consumers are constantly on-the-go — whether it is to the gym, or just getting ready to look like they’ve been to the gym,” said Jason Levine, vice president of marketing, biscuits, Mondelēz International. “belVita Breakfast Biscuits are specially portioned in convenient, individual packs to enjoy as part of a balanced breakfast no matter what the morning brings.”

The belVita Breakfast Biscuits contain 14- to 20-grams of whole grains and 3- to 4-grams of fiber per 50-gram serving, according to the company, which adds that the biscuits contain no high fructose corn syrup, partially hydrogenated oils or artificial sweeteners.

As part of the media campaign, belVita said that it will bring samples and custom content to more than 2,500 gyms across the U.S. and Canada. As part of the relationship that includes signage and digital content integration, more than 5 million samples of belVita Breakfast Biscuits will be extended to morning gym-goers across North America, the company said.

The belVita Crunchy Breakfast Biscuits are available in five flavors — Blueberry, Golden Oat, Cinnamon Brown Sugar, Chocolate and Cranberry Orange.

The belVita Soft Baked Breakfast Biscuits are available in four flavors — Mixed Berry, Oats & Chocolate, Banana Bread and Cinnamon.
