CARLISLE, Pa. – Looking for inspiration to bring your family together on those chilly fall evenings? The GIANT company’s team of dietitians have plenty of ideas from creating value-packed meals in a snap to spooky snack crafting for Halloween.

Some of the free virtual nutrition classes being offered by The GIANT Company this October and wrap yourself with all the warmth and comfort autumn has to offer:

  • Learn seasonal tips and tricks on how to stretch, freeze, and even utilize value packs to feed a large crew or just a family of two in The GIANT Company’s Meal Solution Mondays classes on Mondays at 12 p.m. Featured recipes this October include PA pork sheet pan pork tenderloin and apples and spicy chicken stuffed spaghetti squash.
  • From pie pumpkins and sweet potatoes to butternut squash, the dietitians are eager to educate about everything orange in the produce department! In this month’s Produce Spotlight class on Tuesdays at 12 p.m., they’ll discuss nutrition benefits of these orange gems while also showcasing seasonally fun ways, like Maple Apple Almond Sweet Potatoes and Honey Glazed Butternut Squash to use them. 
  • Halloween is almost here, and The GIANT Company’s dietitians are full of festive inspiration for all foodie activities. Whether you need costume party apps or spooktacular snack-craft ideas, they have you covered with ghostly ideas! Join them for Produce Spotlight on Oct. 24 at 12 p.m. to create a Halloween grazing board, Mini Chef Mornings on Oct. 28 at 10 a.m. to craft strawberry & pumpkin mummies, and Meal Solutions Monday on Oct. 30 at 12 p.m. to make rigatoni pepperoni pie with eyeballs.
