CINCINNATI — Kao USA has appointed John Sullivan to the position of vice president of sales, effective January 1, 2014.

Kao USA has appointed John Sullivan to the position of vice president of sales, effective January 1, 2014.

He will replace Paul Nunnari, who has been named president of Kao Canada.

Sullivan will oversee Kao’s mass market sales organization, including field sales, customer marketing, shopper insights and sales operations. He will report to Kao USA president John Nosek.

Sullivan joined Kao in 2004 and has held leadership roles of increasing responsibility. He currently is senior director, sales strategies and effectiveness, exercising leadership of the trade marketing and sales operations departments. With the promotion he will become a member of the Kao USA management committee.
