MINNEAPOLIS — Kiera Fernandez was named Target’s chief diversity and inclusion officer in June 2020, capping a career that began in 2001. In her present role she is responsible for leading and advancing Target’s diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) strategy, with the goal of creating equitable experiences for all Target team members and guests.
