Michael Phelps to speak at NACDS Foundation Dinner
ARLINGTON, Va. — The NACDS Foundation announced on Tuesday that 28-time Olympic Gold Medalist and mental health advocate Michael Phelps will be the speaker at the 25th NACDS Foundation Dinner, which will be held on Saturday, August 12, at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina. A reception is scheduled to be held from 6:30 p.m.
