Necco Wafers returning to shelves this summer
BRYAN, Ohio — Spangler Candy Co. said Necco Wafers are returning to store shelves. Created in 1847, Necco Wafers are one of the oldest candy brands in existence. The original recipe has remained essentially unchanged over the years. Spangler said it purchased the brand out of bankruptcy two years ago and has been working on its
