NEW YORK — The Vintage Cosmetic Co. will introduce three products to Ulta Beauty stores in February — the Headband and Shower Cap Set in flamingo print, the Cooling Gel Eye Pads with eyelash print and Peggy Make-up Headband in leopard print.
