DEERFIELD, Ill.  — Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA) and McKesson Corp.  reached an agreement on Tuesday for WBA to acquire the remaining 30% share of their GEHE Pharma Handel (GEHE) and Alliance Healthcare Deutschland (AHD) joint venture.
