Kroger announces retirement, three promotions

CINCINNATI — Kroger Co. on Tuesday announced that Houston division president Bill Breetz will retire from the company effective August 24. He will be succeeded by Marlene Stewart, who currently serves as president of the company’s Dillons division. Colleen Juergensen, currently vice president of merchandising at Kroger’s Smith’s division, will succeed Stewart as president of Dillons.  Kroger
